Performing Art
Our school has a very rich and strong tradition of cultural activities which includes Performing Arts, Indian Music, Western Music, Dramatics, etc.
The importance of Drama and Performing Arts is quite significant in education. Whether children have the opportunity to perform in theatre productions or help out behind the scenes, Drama and Performing Arts at our school not only engages them with the creative side of their brain, but also provides an ideal balance in students’ patterns of study.
Students are encouraged to take part in various Cultural festivals, Inter-house Competitions, Heritage Festivals and other Musical Programs students showcase the best of their talents. We offer practical learning to the students thereby achieving the balance of right education which is one of the major benefits of Performing Arts.
Art and Craft
Art and Craft plays a major role in the school curriculum as we believe in providing students an outlet and a platform to express their creativity.
Modern educational practices recognise the need to provide students exposure to art as it promotes brain activity. It’s been proven that Art and Craft activities aid students in understanding other subjects like Math, Science, Language and Geography. Art nurtures inventiveness as it engages children in a process that aids in the development of self-esteem, self-discipline, cooperation, and self-motivation. Participating in art activities helps children to gain the tools necessary for understanding human experience, adapting to and respecting others' ways of working and thinking, developing creative problem-solving skills, and communicating thoughts and ideas in a variety of ways.
